When to use Fire Safety Door Do Not Obstruct Do Not Keep Open and when to use Fire Safety Door Do Not Obstruct?

If the fire door has a self closing mechanism, the sign on the door must state Fire Safety Door - Do Not Obstruct - Do Not Keep Open. 

The sign stating Fire Safety Door - Do Not Obstruct can only be used when an automated hold open device is provided or where the door discharges out of a fire isolated stairway.

The signs must be installed on the side of the door or side wall which faces a person seeking egress.
