Shipping
We offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $60* (*Bulky goods not included). For orders under $60 a fee of $4.95 is charged for standard shipping, this includes a tracking number which will be sent to you upon dispatch. Express shipping timeframes are 1-2 business days. Standard shipping timeframes are 2-5 business days.
If your order is urgent please contact us to arrange pick up - sydney Metro location.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
All Australian orders are sent using Australian Post or other courier company; once orders are dispatched you will be provided with an email notification. Deliveries can take up to 1-3 working days depending on the selected service- Please allow 2 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
Delivery times specified by Bractile are indicative only and we are not liable for any failure by Australia Post or other courier company to observe these delivery times through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Should you have any delivery delay we recommend contacting Australia Post or other courier company directly and quoting your tracking number – they will be able to provide further details.

SAME DAY COURIER SERVICE
We are pleased to offer a same day courier service for the Sydney Metro area. For same day delivery orders must be placed prior to 10am. For next day delivery orders must be placed prior to 3pm.
You will be provided with tracking details once the item has been collected.

Stair Nosing is not included in the Free Shipping offer. Please contact us for freight quotations for Stair Nosing. Freight prices are affected by the length & quantity of stair nosing and the location they are being sent.
Tactile Pads are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. This is a traceable service but is not express. Please contact us if you would like to discuss express postage options.
