Returns Policy
We thoroughly check our goods prior to them being dispatched; however, if you happen to receive an incorrectly supplied or damaged product please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or return.
Returns for change of mind are accepted on a case-by-case basis. A restocking fee of 30% applies if your return is approved.
To initiate your return, please contact our staff via phone to receive a return authorisation number. Item(s) need to be returned to us within 5 days. Goods must be in original condition, not used, altered or damaged.
Returns for custom signs or non slip nosings is not permitted once the order has been placed.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days upon goods being received and checked by us.
Posted goods must be packed carefully in original packing and posted at the customers expense to our office. All returns must have a valid tracking number. We will not be liable for items lost in transit.
