Terms & Privacy


The following is an outline of your rights when making purchases with us. We are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Customers must provide us complete and accurate details when making purchases.

We are not liable for delivery errors if we are given an incorrect delivery address and/or the customer is not available to accept the delivery. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any errors made by Australia Post or other courier companies. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer. 


You may be asked to input information about yourself on this website. We take your privacy seriously, and your personal information will always be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy for more details. Our privacy policy sets out what information we collect, how we use it and what data we store. 


Our store is hosted through Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage , databases and general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete checkout process. You will not be charged prior to the final step and you can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. 

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. You must comply with the applicable T&C's of these providers. 

Customers will receive a tax invoice confirming the order once we receive payment. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by our staff which means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction. 


All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. We are not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers' banks. 

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and processed on the next business day (Monday - Friday), excluding public holidays. 

Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are dispatched. Delivery times are indicative only and we are not liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. 


Returns on are accepted on a case by case basis. A restocking fee applies. To initiate your return, please contact our staff via phone to process your return and refund. Please return your items within 5 days. Goods must be in original condition, not used or damaged. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days when goods have been received and checked by us. Posted goods must be packed carefully in original packing and posted at the customers expense to our office address which is found on the contact us page. All returns must have a valid tracking number. We will not be liable for items lost in transit.


In accordance with The Trade Practices Act 1974 (the Act), a single warranty of 12 months applies to all signs purchased to be free from defects in all material and workmanship under normal use. Warranty terms unless otherwise specified are always from the invoice date. 

This warranty is not valid if:

  • Signs are damaged as a result of accident, exposure to direct sunlight, vandalism, act of god, improper handling and/or poor/inappropriate installation;
  • Circumstances surrounding the warranty claim fail to meet our terms;
  • Sufficient proof of purchase cannot be supplied by the individual or party making the warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover installation, callout or any other labour charges. The supplier reserves the right to revoke any customer product warranty privileges and claims at its sole discretion without notice. 


We sometimes carry out activity to protect you, and our interests, from fraudulent orders and payments. If we determine an order is potentially fraudulent, we will not dispatch goods until we are satisfied that the cardholder identification has been achieved. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 


We reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted by email in such cases. 

We are not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation. 


From time to time there may be errors on our website. We may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your payment for the amount charged. 

Stock Availability

While we make every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of stock availability and can refund you for that item.

The site may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right (at our absolute discretion) to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may have placed based on information on the site that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
