AS1428.1-2009 requires visual glazing strips be a minimum 75mm wide, solid, non-transparent, contrasting line across their full width of a glazed door or window.
The lower edge of line must be between 900mm – 1000mm from the finished floor level and must have a have 30% luminance contrast when viewed against floor or background surface within 2m of glazing.
