Our mission is to provide braille and tactile signs that are superior to our competitors. We've recently had a fair few customers who have complained about previous purchases they made with our competitors.
Feedback from these customers included:
- Postage took too long i.e. express post was not an option.
- Backing plate was required to be installed as the sign was made from soft bendable plastic/rubber material. Backing plate was an additional cost to sign.
- Not being able to contact the supplier via phone, only email. Email correspondence was slow.
- Double sided tape was not included with the sign purchase. Had to purchase this separately from hardware store.
- Text and images were not moulded as one piece, therefore could be easily tampered with and some signs arrived damaged.
